Business Council of Canada congratulates Louise Blais on emissary appointment

On behalf of the Business Council of Canada, I would like to congratulate Louise Blais on her appointment as Emissary to Quebec on the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement.  

Ms. Blais brings a wealth of diplomatic experience and a deep understanding of North American relations at a critical time for Canada’s economic future. As our trilateral agreement undergoes review, her insight and expertise will be invaluable in helping to advance Quebec’s and Canada’s interests in an increasingly competitive and complex global environment.
