Suzanna Dalrymple is the President & CEO of Gay Lea Foods, a leading Canadian, farmer-owned co-operative renowned for its community-focused values and high-quality, innovative, and award-winning dairy products.

Under her leadership, the co-operative represents 1,200 dairy farms across Ontario and Manitoba, and 3,900 shareholder and investor members. She leads a team of more than 1,200 employees across four provinces who work together to drive sustainable, industry-leading growth, deliver strong returns for co-operative members and shareholders, and live Gay Lea’s vision to Enrich communities co-operatively.

Before joining Gay Lea Foods in October 2022 and taking the reins as President & CEO in February 2023, Suzanna built a distinguished career in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, holding a series of progressively senior roles in marketing and sales at Procter & Gamble and serving as General Manager of the Pet Nutrition unit at Mars Canada.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is committed to delivering strong business results by enhancing capabilities, systems, processes, and competencies. Passionate about people, she is also a champion of employee empowerment and development, ensuring diverse voices are heard and valued within the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Suzanna is dedicated to her family. She and her husband Andy have two children, Jenna and Ian, along with much-loved family pet, Sammy. In her spare time, Suzanna enjoys running being a spectator at her children’s sporting events, and spending time at the family cottage in Grey County.
