Mark Collett is President & Chief Executive Officer of Twinshore Group Limited, a privately held industrial services group serving offshore energy, marine construction, defence, and related markets across Canada and internationally. Twinshore brings together established operating companies, including Crosbie Group’s industrial services businesses CSL, MacKinnon & Olding, and Panthera Solutions, and serves as a platform for future growth and investment.

Mark also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Crosbie Group Limited, having joined the organization in 2016. He has played a central role in the evolution of the business, including the formation of Twinshore as a unified industrial services group. As CEO, he sets strategic direction and provides governance and oversight across the organization, with a focus on long-term performance, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth.

Prior to Crosbie, Mark spent more than 20 years in management roles with major Canadian organizations, including AGRA Inc. (now Wood) and Husky Energy (now Cenovus Energy). He also served as President and Managing Director of K&D Pratt Group Inc.

Mark is active in industry and community leadership. He serves on the national board of the CNIB, the advisory board of the Manning School of Business at Acadia University, and is a member of the Business Council of Canada. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Energy NL, including a term as Chair.

He is also the founder of the Energy Shave, an industry-led fundraiser supporting Young Adult Cancer Canada that has raised over $1.2MM.

Mark holds a BBA from Acadia University, an MBA (Distinction) from Durham University, and completed the Global Executive Leadership Program at Yale University.
