Kilian is a recognized advisor to CEOs globally and other leaders, including advising Prime Minister Trudeau on FDI (foreign direct investment) by large, global corporates)
Kilian is the co-author of the Future of Finance perspective, challenging financial services companies to radically simplify their business model with front-to-back redesign. He has co-led BCG’s development of the Transformation Playbook, and continuous research during the past 20 years. Kilian is a subject expert on the HOW of Transformation, creating lasting capabilities for clients, with executional certainty and leadership teaming around performance culture.
Kilian holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Oxford, with his thesis on the drivers of increasing impact and the pace of organizational change.
