Denis Dubois has been President and CEO of Desjardins Group since September 2025. He’s a leader who brings people together, communicates a clear vision and demonstrates a deep commitment to Desjardins’s members and clients and Canadian communities.
An actuary by training and a graduate of Université Laval, Mr. Dubois joined the Desjardins team in 2003 and has held a number of strategic roles, including President and CEO of Desjardins Financial Security and Executive Vice-President of Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance. He’s also been integral to Desjardins’s national growth, playing a key role in the acquisition of State Farm’s Canadian operations in 2015 and, more recently, of the organization’s take-private deal for global investment management company Guardian Capital Group Limited.
Denis is very involved in his community, actively supporting social causes and organizations like United Way Centraide, the Canadian Cancer Society and the Desjardins Foundation. He’s a firm believer in the power of collective action and in the ability of every individual to contribute to a society that is fairer and more caring.
