Domenic Marino is the Senior Partner and CEO of PwC Canada. He has spent more than 25 years at PwC Canada, working alongside clients and teams through periods of change, uncertainty and opportunity.

Prior to becoming CEO, Domenic led PwC Canada’s National Deals practice, where he advised clients across the full deal lifecycle, from deal strategy through to post-merger integration. He has guided clients and teams through a shifting global trade landscape and AI transformation, meeting uncertainty with clarity and innovative solutions. He serves as lead global client partner for one of the firm’s largest global relationships, and under his leadership PwC Canada has delivered key mandates across Assurance, Consulting, Tax, and Deals, helping clients thrive through an approach grounded in authenticity, openness and trust.

Earlier in his career, he led PwC Canada’s Crisis Management practice, helping clients navigate challenging situations such as financial distress, restructuring, cyber breaches and investigations.

He also gained a global perspective through a two-year secondment with PwC’s global firm, where he worked with leaders across the network on culture change and the future of how professional services firms lead, collaborate and serve clients.

Domenic holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
