Martha Swinn is the President of DuPont Canada, driving innovation and fostering deep customer relationships to accelerate growth across key Canadian markets, including healthcare, water, building, and industrial technologies. She is a passionate advocate for sustainability and champions building science and high-performance housing. Martha champions diversity of thought and collaborative solutions and is committed to empowering teams to deliver results.
She assumed the Country Leader role in November 2025 after serving as Business Director for the DuPont Building and Construction business in Canada and previously holding North American Commercial Leadership positions at DuPont and Dow Chemical. Martha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Geophysics from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
