Stéphane Lespérance is the president of Aon in Canada. In his role, Stéphane collaborates with business leaders across the firm to deliver results-oriented solutions to help clients minimize volatility and maximize growth. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Commercial Risk, Health and Wealth Solutions teams in Canada. Stéphane works closely with North American and Global Leadership teams to advance a culture of industry leading innovation, client experience, and colleague development in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Securing a firm and dynamic knowledge of the insurance business, Stéphane attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as North Western’s Kellogg School of Management’s International Training program. He also holds a professional designation from the Global Risk Management Institute.
Stéphane has 30 years of experience in insurance industry, risk management and professional services firms. Within his 23 years with Aon, he has held various senior management roles. Stéphane is also involved in several charitable organizations focused on supporting community, arts, and youth.
