Stéphane Lespérance is President of Aon in Canada, where he leads the firm’s Commercial Risk, Health, and Wealth Solutions teams nationwide. In this role, he partners with business leaders across the organization to deliver impactful, results-driven solutions that help clients manage volatility and drive sustainable growth. Stéphane is also a key contributor to Aon’s North American and Global Leadership teams, championing a culture of innovation, exceptional client service, and colleague development within a diverse and inclusive environment.

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance, risk management, and professional services sectors, Stéphane brings deep industry expertise and strategic insight. Over his 24-year career at Aon, he has held several senior leadership positions, consistently driving performance and transformation across the business.

Stéphane is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he completed the International Executive Training Program. He also holds a professional designation from the Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI).
