Richard is the Managing Partner of Mckinsey & Company Canada and is based in Toronto. He has been with the firm for 12 years, working with Canada’s leading investors and business leaders on a range of topics including M&A, growth strategy, and value creation. Richard is a dedicated client and people leader who will continue the momentum of a diverse community of colleagues in Canada. Under his leadership, the Canadian practice will
continue to help our clients make significant and lasting improvements in their performance while attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional leaders. Prior to joining McKinsey, Richard was an M&A attorney with Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York. Richard is a graduate of McGill University (BSc) and the University of Toronto (JD, MBA).
