Previously, as the Founding Partner of Band Capital Partners, Mike established and led Canada’s first corporate venture asset management platform. There, he spearheaded investments in emerging ventures and integrated them with established enterprises, demonstrating his belief that business adaptability and entrepreneurial vigor are critical to long-term societal resilience.
Mike also serves on the boards of Coril, Loram, One Big Circle, and Endeavor Canada. His expertise spans corporate finance, private and public capital markets, real estate investment and development, and corporate innovation, with a track record of investing in and operating businesses across global markets.
