Mike Greidanus is President, Canada and Chief Operating Officer for North America at BGIS. In this role, he is responsible for leading BGIS’s overall business operations and client relationships across Canada and BGIS IFM client services in the US. BGIS supports client business operational efficiency and sustainability through ongoing facility management, construction project management and value added professional services to over 45,000 locations across Canada. BGIS’s current clients operate across a broad spectrum of industries such as Banking, Telecom, Retail, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Federal & Provincial public sector and Higher Education.
Mike holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University and Bachelor of Engineering and Management from McMaster University. He has an extensive range of experience spanning business strategy and management, client account leadership, operations leadership and many corporate real estate management disciplines including engineering, project management, strategic workplace management, facility management, property management, lease services and strategic sourcing. Over the past 20 years, Mike has held a variety of executive positions within various sectors of the real estate industry.
