
Mark Collett is Chief Executive Officer of Crosbie Group, a fourth generation Newfoundland and Labrador-based family business that invests primarily in the energy services, industrial maintenance, real estate development and commercial construction sectors in Canada, the United States and CARICOM. As CEO, Mark is responsible for setting and guiding the strategic direction, development, and performance of all Crosbie companies.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from Durham University, Durham, UK, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, Wolfville, NS, and earned his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. More recently, Mark completed the Yale School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program in 2022.
Mark is an active member of the community, having spent four years on the Board of the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (now EnergyNL), including a term as chair in 2019/20. Additionally, Mark was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Cancer Society from 2016 to 2020 and, since 2014, has been a member of the Board of Advisors of Memorial University of Newfoundland’s Faculty of Business Administration. Mark founded the Energy Shave in 2021, an annual energy sector fundraising initiative which raises funds for Young Adult Cancer Canada, a national charity focused on helping young adult Canadians living with, through and beyond cancer.
