Lou Serafini Jr. joined Fengate in 1995 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2002. During his tenure, Fengate has experienced significant growth, securing more than $6 billion in capital under management. Lou leads the executive management team, drives the firm’s vision, and directs investment activities, including chairing Fengate’s Investment Committees and serving on the Board of General Partners to each fund. Under his leadership, Fengate has consistently earned recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, achieving Platinum Club status since 2007, and being certified as a Great Place to Work®. Lou is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Public-Private Partnerships and also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Chief Executives Organization.
