As Senior Country Officer, Jeff oversees all aspects of the Nokia Canada business, serves as Board Chair for Nokia Canada Inc., and leads the sales team for the Network Infrastructure portfolio.

Before joining Nokia in August 2020, he spent over 20 years in executive roles at Bell Northern Research and Cisco Systems in both Canada and the U.S. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.

With a career spanning diverse environments—from the rapid growth of a successful Silicon Valley startup exit to leading large organizations through restructuring after the telecom bubble—Jeff has cultivated a broad and unique skill set in R&D, Sales, and Senior Leadership. A strong advocate for diversity, he champions its inherent value in building world-class organizations. He is also passionate about giving back, actively supporting organizations that advocate for underrepresented groups and mentoring youth.

He serves on the Board of Directors for NPower Canada, a nonprofit providing IT education for underrepresented youth, and is Board Chair of the Canadian Telecommunications Association.

Fluent in English and French, Jeff enjoys coaching his son Jacob’s hockey team in his free time. He and his family reside in Oakville, Ontario.
