Jeffrey (Jeff) Maddox is the Market Unit Head, leader of sales for Nokia in Canada, and member of Nokia’s North America Customer Experience Senior Leaderhip team. As Canada’s senior officer he is also President of the Board of Directors of Nokia Canada Inc.
Jeff began his career working for Bell Northern Rearch in Ottawa and later spent twenty years with Cisco Systems travelling globally while residing in both the United States and then in Canada. Prior to joining Nokia in 2020 Jeff was responsible for leading the Cisco Canada Service Provider sales organization.
Jeff earned a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University. He serves on the board of directors for NPower Canada, a non profit focused on providing IT education for barriered youth and on the board of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association CWTA. Jeff is fluent in English and French and in his free time enjoys coaching his son Jacob’s hockey team. Jeff and his family reside in Oakville Ontario, just outside of Toronto.
