Neil Chrystal is President and Chief Executive Officer of Polygon Homes Ltd., one of British Columbia’s leading home builders. The company has built over 34,000 homes in Metro Vancouver since it was founded in 1980, and received numerous awards for its integrity and building excellence.
Mr. Chrystal was educated at the University of British Columbia. After graduating from the Urban Land Economics program, he joined Polygon in 1987. Working his way through several key positions with the Company, he was appointed President in 2003. He currently manages all aspects of Polygon’s homebuilding activities and oversees the planning and direction of Polygon’s land acquisition, and sales and marketing groups. Neil also also serves on the Board of Executives of the Urban Development Institute – Pacific Region
A North Shore native, he is active in mountain and road cycling, as well as spending time with his wife and their three grown children.
