Il est temps d\u2019adopter une strat\u00e9gie de croissance audacieuse et ambitieuse qui est au service de tous, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire une strat\u00e9gie qui procure des emplois bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s, attire les investissements et favorise des solutions novatrices pour relever les d\u00e9fis sociaux, environnementaux et \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil canadien des affaires a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/thebusinesscouncil.ca\/fr\/rapport\/propulser-une-reprise-vigoureuse\/\">feuille de route<\/a> en vue de miser sur les forces du pays, de s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 ses faiblesses et de r\u00e9duire les risques de perturbations futures. qu\u2019ils \u00e9l\u00e8vent leurs enfants. Le Conseil canadien des affaires reconna\u00eet que des <a href=\"https:\/\/thebusinesscouncil.ca\/publication\/there-is-no-economic-recovery-without-adequate-child-care\/\">services de garde et des services pour la petite enfance<\/a> abordables et de qualit\u00e9 sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d\u2019une saine \u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a fait ressortir l\u2019importance des milieux de travail sains et s\u00e9curitaires sur le plan psychologique et des am\u00e9nagements relatifs au travail. La sant\u00e9 physique est tout aussi prioritaire et c\u2019est la raison pour laquelle de nombreux employeurs ont mis sur pied des cliniques de vaccination dans leurs collectivit\u00e9s, en plus de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.cdlrapidscreeningconsortium.com\/\">proposer des projets pilotes de d\u00e9pistage rapide de la COVID-19<\/a> pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Les employeurs mettent \u00e9galement au point de nouveaux protocoles de travail adapt\u00e9s pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s-pand\u00e9mie. Ils adoptent notamment des mod\u00e8les de travail hybrides et de nouvelles technologies pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des gens dans les milieux de travail.
