Elle cite une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/future-of-work\/covid-19-and-gender-equality-countering-the-regressive-effects\">\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a> qui conclut que le PIB mondial pourrait \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur d\u2019un billion de dollars d\u2019ici \u00e0 2030 si aucune mesure n\u2019est prise pour att\u00e9nuer les pertes d\u2019emploi des femmes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours d\u2019une conversation avec Goldy Hyder sur le balado <em>Speaking of Business<\/em>, Mme Yule pr\u00e9sente des solutions pour garantir l\u2019engagement et le soutien de tous les employ\u00e9s, notamment par le biais du mentorat et d\u2019options de travail hybride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et elle offre ses propres le\u00e7ons en mati\u00e8re de gestion. \u00ab&nbsp;La gestion d\u2019une entreprise s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un privil\u00e8ge \u2013 et d\u2019une obligation.
